Hope you find the perfect match this week. Take care and good luck with your applications!

I’ve worked a remote teaching role before, and it’s super rewarding but also challenging balancing time zones. You have to stay on top of tools like Zoom to keep classes engaging. I’d say try to use breakout rooms to encourage interaction — students really appreciate that.

Remote teaching can be a bit like herding cats — everyone’s got their own schedule! I’ve found that setting clear expectations at the start helps a lot… Maybe try using dedicated group chats for quick questions; it can keep things flowing smoothly. @liam_lee99 had a good point about staying engaged with Zoom tools.

I’ve found that incorporating interactive elements, like quizzes or polls during sessions, can really boost student engagement. But yeah, juggling schedules is definitely like trying to herd cats! Have you thought about using breakout rooms for more focused discussions, @brianW303?
