CE that bridges chairside and claims

I’m a dental billing specialist looking for CE you’d recommend for assistants that directly improves claim acceptance and cost-effective treatment planning. Ideally something that covers CDT 2025 updates, SRP (D4341/D4342) attachment requirements, and writing predeterm narratives around downgrades/frequency limits — we had 17% of SRP claims denied last month for missing 6-point charting and photos. Any solid course (on-demand is fine) that trains chairside capture so estimates match EOBs and patients aren’t surprised?

@TeresaDuncan’s Insurance Foundations for Teams plus the ADA CDT 2025 update (https://odysseymgmt.com/education) has been the best bridge for our assistants — covers downgrades, frequency limits, and writing tight narratives. After we built a template that hits “6-point charting + BOP count + stage/grade + FMX/PA” for D4341/4342, SRP denials dropped under 5%; just double-check each payer’s perio policy because wording varies, and claims love checklists almost as much as plaque loves rough margins.

We tested two-step confirms: text at 72 hrs, then only a same-day 7 a.m. nudge if they didn’t reply — anything more and patients say “, stop texting me.” For last-minute gaps, our @frontdesk uses NexHealth’s auto-waitlist to blast openings to opted-in patients; it fills most cancellations under 30 minutes: https://www.nexhealth.com. Caveat: seniors prefer a quick call, so we tag them to skip the SMS nudge.
