@OP I add a ‘scan flag’ at confirmation and cluster those patients near the iTero cart; chairside I untie, snap 4 progress photos, then do a single‑arch “pit stop” scan while the doc is checking the next bay so I can re‑tie as soon as they’re back. If it’s not for staging, we alternate arches every other visit to keep the scan under about 90 seconds — do you need both every time?

After wire out, I do a 60‑second photo sprint and a single‑arch iTero TimeLapse update while the patient practices elastics on a mini typodont at the chair; building on @carter_j57’s flag, I only scan flagged cases and skip it if a repair pops up. Do you have TimeLapse enabled?
