Finding a balance in pediatric dental care

In my experience as a pediatric dental assistant, creating a comforting environment can make all the difference in how kids perceive dental visits. I often use playful language and interactive tools to ease their fears; it’s amazing how a simple puppet show or a fun toothpaste flavor can change a child’s day! How do others incorporate fun into their dental practices to connect with both kids and parents?

I love using stickers as rewards after treatments; it really brightens their day! How do you gauge their mood before starting?.
