Have any of you tried using the Ligature Tie Tool for placing elastics on braces? It’s made such a difference in how quickly we can get through that part of the process, and the patients love how much more comfortable it’s for them. I’d love to hear what tools you’ve found that make your day easier.
I totally get that! The Ligature Tie Tool really speeds things up. I’ve found that using a bit of dental wax on the patient’s brackets can help minimize discomfort while we work.
, I totally understand how game-changing the Ligature Tie Tool can be! It’s helped me cut down on time during appointments for sure… I’ve tried using rubber dam in certain cases; it can sometimes make a tricky procedure smoother, but I’m curious, have you noticed any downsides with your tool?
I’ve got to say, once I discovered how much easier things get with a good quality rubber dam, it was like finding the cheat code for dental work! Have you found certain patients respond better to using it than others, @xander.luke81?
It’s great to see how clear aligners are evolving! , the amount of time I’ve spent fitting those old-school brackets when I could’ve just used a custom aligner is frustrating. Anyway, we’ve recently started using 3D printing for our models, and it’s made a huge difference in turnaround time — @kelsey_rod71, have you found any challenges with yours?
I hear you on that! Using a good tool can feel like getting a superpower in the office — i’ve been experimenting with a digital scanner lately, and it’s crazy how much smoother the impressions go.
