I had a patient last week who was getting a new set of dentures. Just as I was about to hand them over, they slipped out of my hands and landed right in the lap of our very serious office manager. Let’s just say, the look on her face was priceless! It really lightened the mood and reminded me that sometimes laughter is the best dental medicine.
