Yesterday, a little boy came in and declared that I must be a superhero since I make cavities disappear! It melted my heart, but I had to quickly explain that while I may wear a mask, my powers are strictly dental. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love working with kids — who knew my job could give me superhero status?
